1 min read

  • Boil a cup of water
    1. Add to it, 2 basil (Tulsi) leaves, ½ inch ginger, 1 clove of garlic, ½ inch cinnamon (stick), a small piece of jaggery / 1 tsp honey
    2. Boil the mixture for about 2-3 minutes
    3. Sieve the ingredients
    4. Drink 1 cup of the concoction at bedtime
  • Have 1tsp of honey mixed with a pinch of pepper powder. Do not drink water for the next 20 minutes.
  • You can use either of the remedies until the dry cough subsides or you feel better.

*(If the condition persists for more than a week, you are advised to see a doctor.)
